Bodysmart is an interdisciplinary health, rehabilitation and performance facility located in central New Plymouth. Our team provides a range of services including physiotherapy, soft tissue therapy, massage, osteopathy and performance coaching.

OUR STORY

Bodysmart was originally established in Auckland in 1998 by Roger Gooch and associates. In 2006 Joe and Emma Rowley both studied under Roger at the New Zealand College of Massage. The following year Joe worked for and was mentored by Roger.

In 2008 Roger moved back to his home town New Plymouth and Joe and Em traveled overseas but the three kept in touch and regularly discussed a shared vision for a creating a world class rehabilitation and performance facility. In late 2017 this has finally come to fruition.
